If you disagree with these terms & conditions or find them unconscionable in any manner, do not use Mywickets.
By using Mywickets, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and agree that these terms are reasonable and not unconscionable in any manner.
A user using the services offered by MyWickets.com or the MyWickets App including the Fun Features offered, by participating in various contests and, games (including fantasy games), organized on the MyWickets platform (“Contest(s)”) are bound to follow these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations, and terms of use defined by the MyWickets authorities.
The MyWickets authorities have all the rights to modify or change the already defined Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use at any point in time, by posting the same on MyWickets.com. MyWickets constitutes the acceptance and agreement of the users using MyWickets services towards time to time amendments that can be made in the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use already defined by MyWickets. The users can be informed about the amendments in these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use by sending an email to the User's registered email address or posting notifications in the User accounts. In a circumstance wherein, the user disagrees or does not accepts the amendments in the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use can use the options provided in such an email or notification to indicate their non-acceptance within a defined time frame. If a user fails to indicate his/ her non-acceptance of the amendments within the defined time period the users are bound to accept the changes or modification in these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use. In case the user disapproves/ rejects to accept the amendments in these Terms & Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use, then MyWickets at its sole & absolute discretion can refrain the user from using the services & Fun Features provided by MyWickets.
Various services offered as a part of Fun Features by MyWickets might be associated with additional rules and regulations formulated in that respect. If the Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the additional conditions formulated, the additional conditions shall prevail.
MyWickets may, at its sole and absolute discretion - Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User’s access to all or any part of MyWickets.com or MyWickets.com Fun Features; Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Fun Features; Deactivate or delete a User’s account and all related information and files on the account; Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User; Move or remove any content that is available on MyWickets.com; Establish general practices and limits concerning use of MyWickets.com. Revise or make additions to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest on account of revisions to the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event. Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts hereunder to any entity (post intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Users to their registered email ids)
MyWickets holds all the rights to restrict, suspend or terminate a user’s access to all or any part of MyWickets.com or the Fun Features provided by MyWickets, deactivate or delete user account and information, delete user content without any prior notice to the user if any user is found or believed to be breaching the Terms and Conditions defined by MyWickets or using MyWickets.com or the fun features provided by MyWickets illegally or inappropriately. Further, MyWickets is authorized to take any technical or legal action against the user if necessary.
In the event of suspension or deletion of a user's account due to negligence on the part of MyWickets, then, the company shall repay the fee charged for any of the Fun Features provided by MyWickets, without any delay. However, no refund would be made in case of suspension or removal due to - The breach of the Terms and Conditions defined by MyWickets or inappropriate use of MyWickets.com or Fun Features provided by MyWickets; or Any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MyWickets.
The users hereby accepting the Terms and Conditions of MyWickets agree to receive communications including announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements from MyWickets or any of its partners, licensors or associates.
You agree to comply with Our privacy policy, guidelines and statements as may be applicable from time to time, which are incorporated into these Terms and conditions, and can be found at Privacy Policy.
The Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations and terms of use defined by MyWickets for its users are mandatory to be followed by the users and in an event if the user fails to follow the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use adequately the authorities of MyWickets holds all the rights to take action against such user, which might include (but not limited to): 1. Restricting, suspending, or terminating any User’s access to all or any part of MyWickets.com's Fun Features; 2. Deactivating or deleting a User’s account and all related information and files on the account; or 3. Refraining from awarding any prize(s) to such User.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions of MyWickets, the user’s using services provided by MyWickets agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information while registration and at other times when demanded by MyWickets. The users further provide consent to keeping their registration information updated.
In order to participate in contest(s) on the Site or apps, you must register for an account. By registering as a user of the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted (such information being the Registration Data) and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it accurate, current and complete. You agree to provide MyWickets with any additional Registration Data requested by MyWickets at any time, including after registration.
Participants are required to provide the following information accurately
Full Name, Team Name(s), Mobile number, Email address, Password, Country, State of Residence, Gender, DOB;
If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or MYWICKETS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, MyWickets may deny you access to areas requiring registration, at its sole discretion.
At the time of registration for online account access, you must provide a valid email address or mobile and supply a Username (mobile/email) and Password to be used in conjunction with your account. Many portions of the Site require registration for access (the 'Restricted Areas'). Customers from the following states are currently ineligible to participate on MYWICKETS: Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Alabama, Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada or Washington.
You acknowledge and agree that MYWICKETS is authorized to act on instructions received through use of your Username and Password, and that MYWICKETS may, but is not obligated to, deny access or block any transaction made through use of your Username and Password without prior notice if we believe your Username and Password are being used by someone other than you, or for any other reason.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that MYWICKETS may access, preserve and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with legal process; (ii) to enforce these Terms & conditions; (iii) to respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) to respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MYWICKETS, its users and the public.
MYWICKETS, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any user from the service, refuse to award fantasy points or prizes and require the return of any prizes, if entrant engages in conduct MYWICKETS deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the service or in any way detrimental to other entrants. Improper conduct includes, but is not limited to: falsifying personal information required to use the service or claim a prize; violating any of these rules, accumulating points or prizes through unauthorized methods such as automated scripts or other automated means; tampering with the administration of the service or trying to in any way tamper with the computer programs associated with this service; obtaining other entrants information and spamming other entrants; and abusing the MYWICKETS website in any way. You further acknowledge that the forfeiture and/or return of any prize shall in no way prevent MYWICKETS from pursuing criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct.
This service MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY FORM OF GAMBLING. MYWICKETS IS NOT GAMBLING AND DOES NOT TOLERATE GAMBLING ON ITS SITE.
MYWICKETS and any partners are not responsible for: any incorrect, invalid or inaccurate entry information; incorrect stats, human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, including public utility or telephone outages; omissions, interruptions, latency, deletions or defects of any telephone system or network, computer online systems, data, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software (including, but not limited to, software and operating systems that do not permit an entrant to participate in the service), including without limitation any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in the service; inability to access any website, or any web pages of MYWICKETS; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries and/or images of any kind; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or transmission systems, or the Internet, or any service provider's facilities, or any phone site or website or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors, or any combination thereof.
MYWICKETS and any partners are also not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries. If for any reason the service is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the service or website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper usage and processing of entries in accordance with the rules, or if infection by a computer (or similar) virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes of any kind, in the sole opinion of MYWICKETS corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the service, MYWICKETS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any user implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, extend, modify or suspend the service, and select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on the MYWICKETS website.
The failure of MYWICKETS to comply with any provision of these rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of MYWICKETS (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these terms.
No professional sports league nor any team associated with any professional sports league is a sponsor or in any way affiliated with this service.
By entering a contest on the Site, you consent to the use of your name, voice, likeness, and photograph in connection with the development, production, distribution and/or exploitation (including marketing and promotion) of the selected contest and/or other future MYWICKETS contests or general promotional and advertising purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Contest winners agree that, from the date of notification of their status as a potential winner, and continuing until such time when notified that they no longer need to do so, they will make themselves available to MYWICKETS for publicity, advertising and promotional activities relating to the contest or other MYWICKETS contests. MYWICKETS and its partners reserve the right to make public statements about the entrants and winner(s), on-air, on the Internet, or otherwise, prior to, during, or following the Contest. In all disputes arising out of the determination of the winner of MYWICKETS contests, MYWICKETS is the sole judge and its actions are final and binding. Entrants agree that MYWICKETS may announce any winner's name on-air or on any of its websites, television, radio or other mediums at any time in connection with the marketing and promotion of MYWICKETS contests or other contests or games operated by MYWICKETS.
The content on the Website & apps, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, games, Contests, advertisements, written content, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings and Flash animation, interactive features and the like and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the "Intellectual Property"), are solely developed by MyWickets, the partners of MyWickets, licensors, associates and/or Users of MyWickets. The partners, licensors, associates of MyWickets and/ or MyWickets itself holds the intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) in all software underlying MyWickets.com. Content on the Website is provided to you as Information source for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. MyWickets reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Intellectual Property. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Intellectual Property other than expressly permitted herein. If you download or print a copy of the Intellectual Property for personal use, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. The users can ask permission for modifying, transmitting, publishing, participating in the transfer of, reproducing, creating derivative works of, or publicly displaying any of the materials or content published on MyWickets from copyright@MyWickets.com. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Website or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Intellectual Property or enforce limitations on use of the Website or the Intellectual Property therein.
Some of the Services may allow you to submit or transmit audio, video, text, or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively, "User Submissions") to or through the Services. When you provide User Submissions, you grant to MyWickets, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sub license able license to use, distribute, edit, display, archive, publish, sublicense, perform, reproduce, make available, transmit, broadcast, sell, translate, and create derivative works of those User Submissions, and your name, voice, likeness and other identifying information where part of a User Submission, in any form, media, software, or technology of any kind now known or developed in the future, including, without limitation, for developing, manufacturing, and marketing products. You hereby waive any moral rights you may have in your User Submissions.
In addition, you agree that any User Submissions you submit shall not contain any material that is, in the sole and absolute discretion of MyWickets, inappropriate, obscene, vulgar, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable (hereinafter, "Prohibited Content"). Posting of any Prohibited Content, in addition to any and all other rights and remedies available to MyWickets may result in account suspension or termination.
We respect your ownership of User Submissions. If you owned a User Submission before providing it to us, you will continue owning it after providing it to us, subject to any rights granted in the Terms of Use and any access granted to others. If you delete a User Submission from the Services, our general license to that User Submission will end after a reasonable period of time required for the deletion to take full effect. However, the User Submission may still exist in our backup copies, which are not publicly available. If your User Submission is shared with third parties, those third parties may have retained copies of your User Submissions. In addition, if we made use of your User Submission before you deleted it, we will continue to have the right to make, duplicate, redistribute, and sublicense those pre-existing uses, even after you delete the User Submission. Terminating your account on a Service will not automatically delete your User Submissions.
We may refuse or remove a User Submission without notice to you. However, we have no obligation to monitor User Submissions, and you agree that neither we nor our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, or agents will be liable for User Submissions or any loss or damage resulting from User Submissions.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant to MyWickets the license above and that none of your User Submissions are defamatory, violate any rights of third parties (including intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy), or violate applicable law.
MyWickets contain content provided to Us by other parties (Third Party Content). This includes the information relating to sport, fantasy sport, player news and player stats. We are not responsible for, do not endorse and make no representations either expressly or impliedly concerning Third Party Content. Third Party Content does not represent Our views. You rely on Third Party Content completely at Your own risk.
MyWickets contains content that is created by MyWickets as well as content provided by third parties. MyWickets does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, quality of the content provided by third parties and such content may not relied upon by the Users in utilizing the MyWickets Services provided on MyWickets including while participating in any of the contests hosted on MyWickets.
Users' correspondence, transactions or related activities with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, are solely between the User and that third party. Users' correspondence, transactions and usage of the services of such third party shall be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and other service terms adopted/implemented by such third party, and the User shall be solely responsible for reviewing the same prior to transacting or availing of the services of such third party. User agrees that MyWickets will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such transactions with third parties. Any questions, complaints, or claims related to any third party product or service should be directed to the appropriate vendor.
The MyWickets platform conducts various contest(s) as a part of Fun Features offered by MyWickets. MyWickets offers fantasy cricket as a part of its fun features. The contests conducted by MyWickets allows the users to participate in the Fun Features by formulating their own fantasy team(s) comprising of on-field players involved in the on-field match (as applicable), series or tournament to which the fantasy game relates. The teams of the user users are rewarded with points on the basis of the performance of on-field players at the end of a designated match, round or tournament of the Contest(s). The user whose team attains the highest aggregate of points will be declared as the winner of the contest. MyWickets is authorized to declare more than one Winner and distribute prizes to such Winners in increasing order of their Team's aggregate score at the end of the designated round(s) of the Contests in the event of various pre-specified contest(s). The Contest(s) organized as a part of Fun Features would comply to the Terms and Conditions, rules and regulations mentioned below:
"Fantasy Rules" available at “How To Play” rules and regulations (including rules and regulation in relation to any payments made to participate in the Contest(s); and all Participants agree to abide by the same. MyWickets presently offers paid versions of the contests wherein the users can participate by paying a pre-defined amount on the relevant Contest page as a part of contests entry fee. An user with the highest aggregate of scores at the end of the pre-determined round would be eligible for winning a pre-designated prize, as stated on the relevant Contest(s) page.
An user is authorized to make different teams for participating in Contest(s) conducted by the MyWickets platform as a part of its Fun Features. However, until and unless MyWickets specifies a contest as Multiple Entry contests, the users are bound to submit only one Team to participate in the contest organized by MyWickets as a part of its Fun Features. In the context of the Multiple Entry Contest, the participants can enter in the contest with more than one team, but the user will not be allowed to edit or revise the Teams so submitted for participation in such Multiple Entry Contest after the deadline. Further, MyWickets is authorized to limit the number of multiple teams allowed in a contest or the number of teams a single user account can create for entering a Multiple Entry Contest.
MyWickets is authorized to charge a pre-defined fee for allowing the users to access the Fun Features in relation to the Contest(s). In a situation wherein a participant is found to be a resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Alabama, Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada or Washington, by MyWickets, the user will not be allowed to proceed to sign up for the round or league and may not participate in any paid version of the Contest(s).
MyWickets conducts Contest(s) as a part of Fun Features as public and private contests wherein the users can participate in a Contest with other Users without any restriction on participation. The public and private contests comply to various Terms and Conditions including (but not limited to):
MyWickets will select winners on the basis of computation and tabulation of scores in a designated round (which may last anywhere between one day and an entire tournament) of the Contest(s). An user whose team will score the highest aggregate of points based on the on-field performance of their selected players will be declared as winners by MyWickets. However, in an event wherein the number of pre-designated winners is defined to be more than one by MyWickets, then, the winners will be chosen on the basis of increasing order of their aggregate scores at the end of the designated round of the Contest. MyWickets shall pre-define the number of winners to be announced and prizes to be distributed on the Contest page before the beginning of the game. Any user identified by MyWickets as creating a team on behalf of other users will be disqualified from the Contest(s). In an event wherein there's a tie between the winners, then the winning users shall be declared as the winners, and the prize shall be equally divided among such Participants. If the users have not complied to the Terms and Conditions defined by MyWickets, then, MyWickets shall not be liable to pay any prize in relation to the use of the MyWickets.com, Contest, "Fantasy Rules," etc.
MyWickets or any other third party organizing Contest(s) as a part of Fun Features provided by MyWickets shall contact the winners of the contest(s) through email, mobile or both provided by the user at the time of registration. MyWickets shall detail the users about the documents required for the collection of the prize at this stage. As a general practice, winners will be required to provide the following documents: 1. Original scanned copy of the User’s PAN card. 2. User’s bank account details and proof of the same A user shall not be allowed by MyWickets to withdraw his/her prize without the submission and verification of the above-mentioned documents within the time-period defined by MyWickets. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users ensure that the documents provided at the time of verification are the true copies of the original documents.
The users are bound to provide adequate and complete details at the time of registration. MyWickets shall not be held responsible for any sort of communication, commissions or omissions that might lead to a situation wherein the results may not be communicated to the Winner. MyWickets shall publish the list of the participants on a separate web-page on MyWickets.com alongside separately informing the winners through e-mail. If ever happens that a winner's name has been displayed on the separate webpage, but he/she has not received any communication e-mail from MyWickets, then the participant should contact MyWickets within the time specified on the webpage.
MyWickets is authorized only to permit the participants who have successfully completed the verification process by providing the required documents within the time limit specified by MyWickets to withdraw/receive their accumulated winnings (or any part thereof). Any request for extending the time-limit for verification and document submission shall not be accepted by MyWickets.
MyWickets is authorized to disqualify any winner from withdrawing their accumulated winnings post scrutinizing all documents (or any part thereof) on the following grounds:
MyWickets identifies that any of the document or information provided by the user at the time of verification is inadequate, incorrect, misleading, false, fabricated, incomplete or illegible; or
Any winner who is winning any paid contest authorizes MyWickets to use images and names of the winners on social media platform and to display on pages, ads of MyWickets as and when needed. In case, any user disagrees to this, no withdrawal shall be processed, and the user will not be allowed to play further on MyWickets.
The prizes offered to the users declared as winners of the contest(s) organized by MyWickets comply with a deduction of tax ("TDS") under the Income Tax Act 1961. In an event wherein such tax deductions are made, the winners will be provided TDS certificates. The users declared as winners by MyWickets agree to pay other applicable tax, including (but not limited to) income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the prize money.
MyWickets often organizes Contest(s) in Free League formats wherein it enables its users to win cash prize without paying any entry charges for the leagues. In an event wherein any user wins the free league organized by MyWickets the winning amount will get transferred to the user’s account which can be used only for joining further paid leagues organized by MyWickets. The winning amount cannot be used or withdrawn for any other purpose except for joining other leagues. MyWickets holds all the rights to disqualify a participant alongside forfeiting the prize of such participants at its sole and absolute discretion, in an event wherein an user below the age of 18 years is identified playing the paid formats of the Contest(s) organized by MyWickets. In addition to this, MyWickets can suspend or terminate the accounts of such participants. MyWickets shall not be held liable for the quality, suitability, and merchantability of the prizes as MyWickets makes no warranties about the same to the extent permitted by legal authorities.
MyWickets is authorized to modify or change the prizes offered to the participants declared as the winners of Contest(s) organized by MyWickets, and the participants not raise any claim or question the decision of MyWickets related to the prize modification. MyWickets shall not be held responsible or liable for any sort of damage or loss to the prizes occurring at the time of transportation.
Any sort of transportation charges including shipping and courier are to be undertaken by the customers in respect of the prizes. In case of the cash prizes, the transaction charges fall under the part of the customers. The prizes given to the participants declared as the winners of Contest(s) organized by MyWickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. The winners can neither exchange/redeem those prizes for cash or kind.
The users are bound to comply with the Promotion Terms defined by MyWickets in respect of such Promotion ("Promotion Terms") and these Standard Terms while participating in any sort of promotions. Further, the users while participating in any Promotion accepts and agrees to comply with terms and conditions, and privacy policies of the MyWickets.The Promotions are only open to users in India & USA. Participation in the Promotions by proxy is not permitted. Participation in the Promotions is voluntary. Participation in one Promotion does not guarantee that such user will be eligible to participate in another Promotion. A user using the services and Fun Features provided by MyWickets shall participate and avail the Promotions offered by MyWickets only through one account. A user already registered with MyWickets is not permitted to create a new account or use various accounts for participating in a Promotion.
The users using the services provided by MyWickets, intending to participate in a Promotion may be required to verify their mobile number and other account details in alignment with the Promotion Terms for such Promotion. The users willing to participate in the Promotion of MyWickets with their numbers registered on the National Do Not Call Registry (“NDNC Registry”), need to de-register their numbers from the NDNC Registry until the completion of such Promotion (including the delivery of Bonus Amount (if any) or the free-entry (if any) under such Promotion). MyWickets shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage in the event of notification failure to the users from MyWickets arising due to the participant’s association with NDNC list. The users intending to participate in the Promotion with their numbers registered on to the NDNC list shall not be authorized to make any claim or raise any complaints against MyWickets if they do or do not receive any call or SMS with respect to their participation and all other matters pertaining to a Promotion.
The verification process may require you to submit personal information about yourself. The users willing to participate in the Promotion provide their consent to receive communication from MyWickets. Any sort of user information including identity and contact details collected by MyWickets amid the registration, verification or during the user usage of MyWickets.com shall be subject to MyWickets’s Privacy Policy. MyWickets reserves rights to disqualify any user at its sole and absolute discretion from a Promotion in an event wherein the user is identified to be engaged in any inadequate, illegal, or unlawful conduct (with regard to any of the Promotions or otherwise).
The users can use the Bonus Amount (if any) deposited in their accounts as a part of MyWickets promotional offers for paying 2% to 100% of the entry fee to join various cash contests only if contest have the bonus feature (and/or pre-defined bonus %) However, the Bonus Amount (if any) present in the accounts of the users cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any other cash balance section of wallet held by the user with MyWickets or to any third party account or to any bank/payment instrument account. The bonus amount (if any) shall expire at the end of 45 days from the date of credit of the bonus amount (if any).
The deposit of the Bonus Amount (if applicable) or the grant of the free-entry (if any) shall be at the sole discretion of MyWickets and shall be subject to the user’s compliance with these Standard Terms and the applicable Promotion Terms. MyWickets is authorized to change or substitute the Bonus Amount (if any) or free-entry (if any) provided to the users under a Promotion at any time without any prior notice to the users. The existing MyWickets user and the referred friend can use the up to 100% Referrer & Signup Cash Bonus credited to their gaming accounts for paying joining leagues with 10 or more than 10 participants offered by MyWickets through the Platform. A bank account once uploaded by the user and verified from our end can be deleted anytime if found or suspected to be a forged document.
In case the documents are found or believed to be fake, the user account can be blocked under “Fair Play Policy”. The withdrawals can be withheld if the uploaded documents are found or believed to be fake amid or after the bank account verification.
In case a user is found to be a resident of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Alabama, Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada and Washington, after the bank account verification, his/her bank account can be deleted anytime even after the verification.
All state bank accounts have been merged to SBI, thus, make sure the IFSC entered by you should be the new IFSC. It is mandatory that the bank account number on the verification image should match exactly with the account number entered in details. The “0s” mandatory to be mentioned in the details.
The winnings, cash bonuses and prizes are subjected to various taxes. In an event, the winning amount of a user crosses the mark of ₹10,000, a 31.50% taxation charge will be imposed on the winning of the user.

In an event, a user is found to have more than 9 friends whose details (mobile number, email address or PAN card details) are unverified and the user is asked to get the details (mobile number, email address, PAN card and Bank account details) of their referred friends verified by the executives of MyWickets, then the withdrawal request put on hold shall not be refunded to the MyWickets wallet of the user & shall continue to be on hold.
In an event a user is found to be having more than single id registered on MyWickets or multiple ids registered under the same name then the withdrawal request of such users can either be put on hold, or their user accounts can be blocked refraining them from playing further on MyWickets. Any user if ever found to be violating the Fair Play Terms of MyWickets which can be visited on “Fair Play,” will be either blocked from playing further on MyWickets or his/her withdrawal requests will be put on hold for violating the Fair Play terms.

In a circumstance wherein a legal dispute arises (legal issue or question) between two parties, the party raising the dispute is bound to provide written notification ("Notification") to the other party involved in the dispute. The parties involved in the dispute should initially focus on resolving the issue post receiving the Notification. However, if both the parties fail to resolve the dispute through mutual discussion within 15 days of receiving the Notification, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration.
The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English & Hindi and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
During the arbitration process, the parties involved in the dispute will be complied to follow the arbitration award. Additionally, the parties involved in the disputes will have to bear costs of arbitration on their own and will have to equally share the fees of the arbitrator unless stated otherwise by the arbitral tribunal. The arbitrator is allowed to pass interim orders and awards, including the orders for specific performance and such orders would be enforceable in competent courts. The arbitrator is bound to provide a rational award.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT MYWICKETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF MYWICKETS HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (ii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE. The users agree to access and use the Fun Features provided by MyWickets voluntarily and at their sole risk. Further, accepting not to hold MyWickets responsible or liable on account of any loss or damage sustained including (but not limited to) any accident, injury, death, loss of property by Users or any other person or entity during the course of access to the Fun Features (including participation in the Contest(s)) or as a result of acceptance of any prize.
The users using the services or Fun Features provided by MyWickets reimburse MyWickets, and/ or any of its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors, from and against all the responsibility, liability, cost, loss or expense faced by the user due to their access to the Fun Features including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission on their part, or otherwise.
MyWickets shall not be held responsible either jointly or individually, for any sort of errors or omissions, neither on behalf of itself nor on behalf of third parties in terms of the prizes.

The users are solely responsible for any sort of material accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through MyWickets.com and holds the sole responsibility for any potential damage to their computer system or loss of data that occurs as a result of downloading or accessing any such material. MyWickets shall make best endeavors to ensure that the MyWickets.com(s) is error-free and secure, however, neither MyWickets nor any of its partners, licensors or associates makes any warranty that: 1. the MyWickets.com(s) will meet Users’ requirements, 2. MyWickets holds all the rights to rectify any errors identified in the determination of Winners or in the transfer of amounts to a User's account, using various method as it deems fit, including (but not limited to) through a set-off of the mistaken payment from amounts due to the User or deduction from the User's account of the amount of mistaken payment. In such events, MyWickets agrees to notify the user about the error and the rectification measure adopted to address the error.
Complying to the legal bodies and authorities neither MyWickets nor its partners, licensors or associates disclaims any sort of responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our sites, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MyWickets’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users provide their consent that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action faced due to or associated with the use of MyWickets.com or these Terms must be filed within thirty (30) days of such claim or cause of action arising or be forever barred.
These Terms and Conditions, including all terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and MyWickets ( SPORTENA FANTASY PRIVATE LIMITED) and govern your use of the MyWickets.com, superseding any prior agreements that any User may have with SPORTENA FATASY PRIVATE LIMITED..
In an event wherein any part of these Terms and Conditions defined by MyWickets is identified to be indefinite, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force.
MyWickets is authorized to moderate, restrict or ban the use of the MyWickets.com, by any particular user or generally, in alignment to the MyWickets’s policy/policies from time to time, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any notice.
MyWickets holds all the rights to permanently close or temporarily suspend any Fun Features (including any Contest(s)).
Any amount once added to the MyWickets account of user can't be refunded back to the user in any case, and the amount can be used to join the leagues, fun features and Contest(s) organized by MyWickets.
The users using the services and Fun Features provided by MyWickets are not permitted to cancel any transaction which has been once confirmed. However, MyWickets is authorized to permit any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion, in an event :If the User sends a written request to MyWickets from the registered email Id to cancel such payment; or If the payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the round in respect of which the payment is made; MyWickets shall not be liable to refund any amount thereafter.
MyWickets reserves the rights to refund the transaction amount to the user in the abovementioned case at its sole and absolute discretion post deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Further, amid the transaction process, the users should take a note of the additional terms and conditions which significantly govern the transaction. In an event wherein the clauses defined in additional terms and conditions conflict with the present Terms and Conditions defined by MyWickets, the additional terms, and conditions associated with transactions shall prevail. The refund is only applicable to the amount used to join any league and shall be refunded to the MyWickets wallet source, as deducted.
